Uk's national patent strategies and the features of its patent abuses: Some scattered thoughts

Abstract

Paper reflects on certain parametes of the patent policies, the contridictions that exist within the frame work of the patent policy in UK and Europe. It also reflects on the abuse of patents and some technical problems that have to come to light in respect of the same.
