Abstract

This book faces the social, political, and economic conundrum caused by political polarization and progressive and conservative socio-legal division, making the provocative claim that the principle of subsidiarity is the way forward. The volume has a multidisciplinary character and rethinks the ideological roots of subsidiarity in the Catholic social tradition.
