Abstract

O artigo propõe uma análise interpretativa do trecho sobre a vontade na seção 600 da parte I das Investigações Filosóficas de Wittgenstein (IF, 611-628) subdividindo-o em quatro partes (611; 612-13; 614-19; 620-28). O objetivo dessa interpretaçâo é estabelecer as bases de urna leitura adequada do texto do Wittgenstein maduro (de seu 'álbum' de 'anotações filosóficas') que, respeitando o estilo dialógico constitutivo de seu sentido, permita-nos contestar algumas linhas interpretativas estabelecidas (como as de Kripke, Hacker, Cavell e Bouveresse) e passar assim a observar o tipo de completude que o tratamento terapêutico-gramatical oferece ao assunto (o problema da vontade). Visamos com isso caracterizar seu método comparativo de elucidação de problemas conceituais com termos psicológicos, delinear sua gramática do querer e indicar o caminho gramatical para a dissolução do dilema filosófico Liberdade × Determinismo através da análise dos usos de urna Imagem Agostiniana da Vontade (IF, 618) enquanto desenvolvimento da Imagem Agostiniana da Linguagem, que abre o livro (em IF, 1). The paper proposes an interpretative analysis of the stretch about the will in the section 600 of the part I of the Philosophical Investigations (PI, 611-628), subdividing it in four parts (611; 612-13; 614-19; 620-28). The aim of this interpretation is fixing the basis for an adequate reading of the text of the later Wittgenstein that, respecting its dialogical style as constitutive of its meaning, allow to contest some interpretative established lines (as by Krikpe, Hacker, Cavell and Bouveresse) and so become able to observe the kind of completeness involved in the therapeutic grammatical treatment of the issue (the problem of the will). By this way we want characterize its comparative method of elucidation of conceptual problems with psychological terms, delineate its grammar of the will and indicate the grammatical way for the dissolution of the philosophical dilemma about Freedom or Determinism, trough the analysis of the uses of an Augustinian Picture of the Will (PI, 618), as development of the Augustinian Picture of the Language in the opening of the book (PI, 1)
