Abstract

Control for the purpose of scientific psychotherapy in the punishment system, has encountered bottlenecks in their professional work, but must face the important issues of philosophical hermeneutics. This article explores the hermeneutics of the path-based consultation, and proposed a "narrative" as the method returns the humanities, open display of human nature, attention to the main body of philosophical counseling practice reference and speculation. In the situation of punishment system, the tradition way of counseling which based on the psychology of nature science have its limitation to work with sexual offenders to the inner experiences of the clients. The article suggests that philosophical counseling of hermeneutics is alterative approach for helping those sexual offenders to explore their humanity and subjectivity. In this approach, doing counseling in narrative way will be the form to open clients' mind and feeling which reflect on their life experiences and mining of humanity
