Abstract

Han feudal ideology as the core of the classical studies of the Han legal thinking, legal system and legal practice had a profound impact. Text School of Theology, resulting in "little punishment Dade" on the popular, and became the orthodox legal thought an important part. Text School of yin and yang, so that when the pre-Qin, "said De seasonal punishment" to develop, and the descendants of the Han Dynasty and the impact of judicial activity.
