Kontakty z innymi narodami na przestrzeni dziejów przyczyniają się do przejmowania przez dany system językowy leksyki obcego pochodzenia. W tym momencie zanikają ich pierwotne powiązania z innymi leksemami, które miały w języku wyjściowym. Wchodzą one w nowe relacje semantyczne w danym polu wyrazowym i w ten sposób stają się jego nieodłącznym elementem. Na płaszczyźnie semantycznej podlegają procesowi asymilacji, co znacznie wpływa na strukturę danego pola wyrazowego i przyczynia się do zmian w jego obrębie. Zapożyczenia z innego języka mogą ze względu (...) na swe znaczenie stać się w danych polach hiperonimami lub też pojawić się w nowym otoczeniu leksykalnym obok rodzimych synonimów i pojawić się tam jako hiponimy i kohiponimy. Ich użycie zależy jedynie od użytkownika języka, w zależności od kontekstu językowego i sytuacyjnego. The matter under consideration in this article is the problem of borrowed German lexical elements and their life in the borrowing Polish language. The starting point is a short overview of the elements of the lexical field of science and their change of meaning in the Polish language.

W świecie współczesnych mediów prasa nadal odgrywa znaczącą rolę w przekazywaniu informacji ze świata polityki, kultury, nauki i życia społecznego. Obok funkcji poznawczej ma ona za zadanie wprowadzić elementy rozrywki – w postaci karykatury, żartów rysunkowych czy krótkich śmiesznych tekstów, piętnujących ludzkie zachowania, przedstawiających w krzywym zwierciadle rzeczywistość, w której żyjemy. Ciekawą rzeczą jest znaczenie niemieckiego określenia Pressewitz, które może być rozumiane jako `żart prasowy` oraz `żart o prasie`. Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie, jaką rolę odgrywają żarty (...) prasowe w kształtowaniu obrazu rzeczywistości poprzez ośmieszające przedstawienie zjawisk społecznych, ludzkich zachowań i postaw oraz jaki obraz funkcjonowania prasy pojawia się jako temat żartów. In this article an attempt is made to discuss the German joke regarding its assignment to the class of bad jokes in German. The question of what is a pun and what determines that a humorous text can be classified as bad or good is also important and very interesting. No less important are questions about the possibility of breaking all rules and norms, both of linguistic and social natures. These considerations are documented by examples of German jokes; on the (...) one hand Loriot’s texts, texts from “Was guckst du?” and on the other from websites. The question of whether an analysed joke is good or bad still remains open despite all possible classification attempts, because its interpretation is subjective, to be assessed for what it is by the recipient from the outset. The analysis of the “Tygodniówka” column published on the last page of a weekly magazine “Angora” for the years 2020–2021 made it possible to evaluate the way of presenting an individual and his everyday life during the COVID-19 pandemic in a crooked mirror of cartoon jokes. During one year there is an evident change in attitudes and behaviour of people who have already got used to the pandemic to some extent. Due to the length of the material collected and the (...) most visible change that took place in the way of presenting the mocked events, attitudes and human behaviour in the past year, two specific issues of “Angora” were selected, i.e. 49/2020 and 49/2021. In addition, the examples from the holiday issue 33/2021 have shown how the behaviour of an individual living in constant fear of the coronavirus changes during a vacation. A man tired of the prohibitions and sanitary regime to be in force also seeks opportunities not to follow them for a while. He consciously circumvents restrictions and prohibitions, does not comply with the sanitary regime, which is manifested by the resignation from wearing masks and maintaining social distance. All of this can be found in the jokes of “Tygodniówka”, where mercilessly accurately reflects the pandemic reality, although it’s been showed in the crooked mirror. The person seems to be sure that the coronavirus has magically ceased to be a threat, perhaps even disappeared. (shrink)

This article shows which subject matter is to be found in the German black joke. The material analysis includes 30 jokes taken from the book “Da bleibt kein Auge trocken” by Willy Millowitsch (1980). Besides the subjects to be found (violence, suffering and death) the form of the jokes and the sentence types appearing in the black jokes mentioned by Millowitsch are also important.
