L'article est consacré à l'analyse du paysage théologique au sein des sphères sociales et ecclésiales contemporaines. Les dynamiques sociales en évolution exigent une réévaluation de la logique et du discours utilisés pour soutenir les perspectives théologiques par rapport aux périodes antérieures. Les caractéristiques uniques du contexte culturel et historique russe contemporain introduisent des variations dans le rôle de la théologie et donnent une nature plus nuancée, incertaine et discutable à sa place et à son statut dans le domaine public. The article discusses the philosophical views and ideas of Ivan I. Lapshin in order to introduce him as an original thinker who plays an important role in Russian Neo-Kantianism. Lapshin applied Neo-Kantian ideas in the areas of creativity, art, and literature. He sought to develop aesthetics and proposed the idea of ​​aesthetic transformation [The Russian word is perevoploshchaemost’, which can also be translated as reincarnation.—Trans.]. Having investigated the idiosyncrasies of Russian culture, Lapshin produced a special phenomenology of creativity, which aims (...) to reveal the essence laid down in different works of writers and composers. The phenomenology of creativity is the foundation of Lapshin’s philosophy; it allowed him to remain faithful to the basic principles of Neo-Kantianism while dialectically combining various aspects of human activity to express his own aesthetic program. The paper deals with basic characteristics of dogmatic thinking, taking into consideration especially the relation towards the creative essence of the human being. Discussing the development of human being and its perception in the conditions of desirable uniformity and limited freedom, the paper strives to point at the inevitability of continuous overcoming of given possibility and point out the meaning of candid, antidogmatic practices aimed at making the humanistic philosophy come to be. Referring to the basic assumptions of Danko Grlić’s (...) philosophy, the work examines the implications of Marx’s political instrumentalisation, draws attention to the one-dimensionality of dogmatic thinking and emphasises the antidogmatic nature of original Marxism. Theorizing of forced migration and refugees has been paralyzed by excessive reliance on migration theory. This article suggests the need to transfer conceptualizations of forced migration to sociological theories of violence. To that end, a preliminary step is argued to be indispensable: the affirmation of the force factor as a vital concept for meaningful theorization of refugee phenomena. Conceptual and empirical reasons are offered to resurrect the force factor’s centrality. First, I suggest the need to resolve the conceptual residuality of (...) “forced migration” in sociological theory, proposing manageable terminology for the task at hand. Second, I sketch conceptual and empirical reasons that the force factor is a viable and urgent candidate for our theoretical toolkit. Finally, I assess in depth the shortcomings of three prominent relativization conditions: (1) unwitting severity; (2) processual dilution; and (3) political-economic indeterminacy. By overcoming onerous relativization habits, we open horizons for coercion-centric theoretical insights on forced migration. (shrink)

A relation on a linearly ordered structure is called semi-bounded if it is definable in an expansion of the structure by bounded relations. We study ultimate behavior of semi-bounded relations in an ordered module M over an ordered commutative ring R such that M/rM is finite for all nonzero r $\epsilon$ R. We consider M as a structure in the language of ordered R-modules augmented by relation symbols for the submodules rM, and prove several quantifier elimination results for semi-bounded relations (...) and functions in M. We show that these quantifier elimination results essentially characterize the ordered modules M with finite indices of the submodules rM. It is proven that (1) any semi-bounded k-ary relation on M is equal, outside a finite union of k-strips, to a k-ary relation quantifier-free definable in M, (2) any semibounded function from $M^{k}$ to M is equal, outside a finite union of k-strips, to a piecewise linear function, and (3) any semi-bounded in M endomorphism of the additive group of M is of the form x $\mapsto \sigmax$ , for some $\mapsto \sigma$ from the field of fractions of R. This article is dedicated to Nikolai O. Lossky’s intuitivism and personalism and their significance in the context of Russian philosophy. The author demonstrates how Lossky’s study of Russian philosophy influenced his work and allowed him to take a second look at a number of philosophical issues, indicating ways to develop them further. As a result of his research, Lossky discovered ideas close to his own in the works of various other Russian philosophers. Lossky became especially interested in two authors, Vladimir (...) S. Solovyov and Fyodor M. Dostoevsky. He created interpretations that examined Solovyov’s philosophy and Dostoevsky’s works from the positions of intuitivism and personalism. The study of Russian thought Lossky undertook in his book History of Russian Philosophy gave him a strong impetus for developing his own philosophical views, which were aimed at bringing philosophy and religion into closer proximity. The article proposes a universal dual-axis intelligent systems assessment scale. The scale considers the properties of intelligent systems within the environmental context, which develops over time. In contrast to the frequent consideration of the “mind” of artificial intelligent systems on a scale from “weak” to “strong”, we highlight the modulating influences of anticipatory ability on their “brute force”. In addition, the complexity, the ”weight“ of the cognitive task and the ability to critically assess it beforehand determine the actual set of (...) cognitive tools, the use of which provides the best result in these conditions. In fact, the presence of ”common sense“ options is what connects the ability to solve a problem with the correct use of such an ability itself. The degree of ”correctness“ and ”adequacy“ is determined by the combination of a suitable solution with the temporal characteristics of the event, phenomenon, object or subject under study. The proposed approach can be applied in the evaluation of various intelligent agents in different contexts including AI and humans performing complex domain-specific tasks with high uncertainty. Modern cognitive approach represents the interdisciplinary branch of scientific reflection uniting researchers of knowledge, studying laws of purchase, transformation, representation, storages and reproduction of the information. People react to own experience, instead of "objective" reality. Cognitive map of the world according to which we operate, our feelings, belief and life experience create. We have no direct access to a "objective" reality, therefore our cognitive map is for us this unique "real" reality. Cognitive science widely uses methodology of synergetic approach successfully (...) describing processes of self‐organizing. On the other hand, the synergetic addresses to modelling cognitive systems both the separate individual and collective cognitive processes. Therefore there are bases tospeak about formation cognitive‐synergetic scientific program ‐ the approach which is under construction on principles of modern nonlinear thinking. (shrink)

У статті аналізується роль мистецьких стратегій і мистецького примусу як їхньої складової у розбудові наступальних ідеологій (універсалістських, шовіністичних, расистських) та створенні охоронницьких міфів. Окреслюється зв’язок романтичного гіперболізму з принципом реальності, який виразно постає у політичних і геополітичних імплікаціях. Романтизм розглядається як епіфеномен раціоналізму. Зокрема, йдеться про Пошлість – як одну з перетворених форм комунікативної раціональності, що паразитує на контрасті між ідеологічною тотальністю та узвичаєними формами культури. Чільне місце у статті посідає тема глобальних експансіоністських ідеологій. Автор визначає роль мистецької фантазії та (...) містичних ідей стосовно міждержавного суперництва у геополітичних доктринах. У статті простежується взаємозалежність теоретичних засад романтизму та геополітичних проектів. Автор досліджує міфологічну ґенезу завойовницької фантазії авторитарних лідерів, яка утворюється на основі романтичної сваволі творчого суб’єкта. Осмислюється значення мистецького максималізму у контексті культурно-історичної традиції, що сягає імперського універсалізму. (shrink)

The purpose of the study is to analyze the processes of implementing the import substitution policy, based on the use of techniques and methods of influencing participants in market relations used by public authorities, which make it possible to identify its strengths and weaknesses and build the author's vision of directions for its stabilization. The authors focus on the prevailing opinion on the phased implementation of the import substitution policy, as well as on its application as a retaliatory measure to (...) the current sanctions regimes. The analysis of scientific sources on the issues under study allows us to draw a conclusion about its special status as a tool for the development of territories. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the author's position of the reasons for the reduction in the production of the main import-substituting food products, as well as changes in the import supply of food products. As a result, the authors expressed the need to change the approaches used to stimulate the production of food products based on the principles of innovation and science. (shrink)

Christian modernism ends with neoclassical nihilism, which, unlike classical nihilism, which denied life in the name of the highest values, denies these values, replacing them with human values - "too human, because morality replaces religion, and progress, history itself, divine values ". This is Nietzschean nihilism of the "death of God" and the otherworldly.

R. Pasnau once commented that the present-day academic area of cognitive theory suits medieval thought better than epistemology. The comment seems to the point, and the focus of R. Cross’s book is thus appropriately placed. Scotus’s theory of cognition is worth a new treatment both because Scotus represents a new stage in medieval cognitive theory and because his positions are “sometimes rather fluid” and “not always as clear”. The issue of why God, the Trinity and Christ in Christianity can be called "beautiful" has been muddled in literature on theological aesthetics. John Duns Scotus’s detailed discussion of relations within the Trinity helps resolve this issue. The Trinity can be called "beautiful" in at least three senses, depending on whether one considers Trinitarian relations at all, whether one looks at the relation of equality, or whether one analyzes relations of origin.

Статья посвящена анализу богословского ландшафта в современной социальной и церковной сферах. Эволюционирующая социальная динамика требует переоценки обоснования и дискурса, используемых для поддержки теологических взглядов, по сравнению с более ранними периодами. Уникальные характеристики современного российского культурного и исторического контекста вносят изменения в роль богословия и придают его природе более неопределенный и спорный характер, влияя на его статус и место в общественной сфере. В рамках данной работы я попытаюсь сформулировать перспективу, направленную на раскрытие богословской стратегии в форме аналогического и мирного видения.

Сучасні міжнародні відносини переживають глибокі трансформації, тому тісно пов’язана з ними дипломатія також зазнає ґрунтовних змін. її функції, які раніше були фактично прерогативою зовнішньополітичних відомств і здійснювалися переважно посольствами, нині реалізуються через численні державні та недержавні канали. Отже, пов’язана з процесами глобалізації перебудова міжнародних відносин, вихід на світову арену недержавних учасників міжнародних стосунків ставлять перед дипломатією завдання її активного залучення в процес створення нового світового порядку. Водночас силові розв’язання міжнародних проблем виявляються все більш недієвими та небезпечними. The paper consists of brief literature review of fundamentals and ways of the Russian approach to the studying of the doctrine of love in Latin Patristic IV-V centuries. This topic is peripheral theme for the Russian science; however, it has some development. The literature review describes the most popular ideas and the reasons for their choice.

Many nuclear proteins have been found recently to interact with short conserved sequences which are involved in regulating the transcription of various genes. Nuclear transcription factors may be arbitrarily subdivided into two groups, ubiquitous and tissue‐specific. The transcription of one gene is usually regulated by several factors which interact with different sequences located either in the promoter region of the gene or outside it. The appearance or disappearance of transcription factors for some genes corresponds to certain phases of cell differentiation (...) or dedifferentiation and even to individual stages of the cell cycle. Moral absolutes were perceived, by Solov'ëv, in a dual manner: a) from the side of content, of psychology, as when we speak of feelings, emotions, etc.; and b) under a formal aspect, as “ideas,” i.e. logically. Neither of these can be treated without relating to moral absolutes astrue, and without a rationalbelief in their truth, a truth that cannot be logically proved.
