Abstract

Sustainable management is a popular topic whose utilization should be questionned when applied to professions intended for others. The seven articles presented in this thematic issue are anchored in the domains of management, health and education. On the one hand, they examine how professional training improves practice, cultivates the sens of socialy responsible management, modulates identity dynamics and professional retraining. On a second hand, they question the repercussions of managerial and professional cultures ont the meaning given by workers to their mission, the recognition of their expertise, their job satisfaction, and their attachment to their job.
