Priprema za posao osnovni je uvjet uspješnosti posla. To je učenje koje nam omogućuje da u svakom trenutku možemo potpuno i sigurno rješavati probleme koji se javljaju na poslu, ali biti spremni i na stresove koji su neminovnost u svakom poslu. Psihička, stručna i tjelesna ili fizička priprema zahtjevna je i može se i mora istrenirati. Značaj pripreme potrebno je uočiti već u školi. Tema koju obrađujemo ima zadatak da to argumentirano dokaže.Job preparation is the fundamental condition of the success of the job done.
