Abstract
First published and analyzed documents peasant land Perm province and land regulations per householder by counties and provinces of European Russia. Standards approved November 30, 1910. Found in the archives of documents reflect the process of strengthening the peasants in the personal property of all the scattered plots in the early twentieth century. As the sources, to land in the Permian peasants could be up to 29 hectares of land, but in a scattered way. Due to the initial stage of land scattered peasants strengthened their land in private ownership, while defending and fighting for every meter. Among the archival documents also found an interesting record, which reflect the new understanding of the concept of «house» and «landlord» Thus, at the beginning of the XX century the Russian government during the Stolypin land beginning to transform the life of the peasants in line with the concept of «house» as a «patrimony». Of the same peasant defines a «proprietor» that revived the ancient Russian tradition of a strong understanding of the responsible person, leads the others.
