We extended the Barut’s classical model of zitterbewegung from 3+1 dimensional spacetime into 2+1 and 1+1 dimensional spacetimes and discussed the symmetry and integrability properties of the model in 2+1, 1+1 and 3+1 dimensions. In these cases, the free particle current or the velocity of the particle can be decomposed as a constant convection current and polarization currents.In 2+1 dimensional spacetime, a velocity of the particle and spin tensor are dependent to each other and the chirality can not be introduced. The free particle has 7 constants of motion: The momentum three vector, the charge, the energy in proper time, the scalar constant spin or magnetic polarization and the two components of total angular momentum. Two component electric polarizations oscillate with Zitterbewegung frequency.In 1+1 dimensional spacetime we have an independent velocity vector and a scalar spin tensor. The free particle has 5 integrals of motion: The momentum two vector, the charge, the energy in proper time, and the scalar total angular momentum. The normal component of the velocity or the scalar electric polarization oscillates with Zitterbewegung frequency.In 3+1 dimensional spacetime, the particle has an independent velocity vector, spin tensor and chirality. The free particle has 12 integrals of motion: The momentum four vector, the charge, the energy in proper time or mass, the three vector spin or magnetic polarizations and three components of total angular momentum. The parallel component of velocity into momentum and the normal components of the spin tensor or the spin three vector are constants of motion for the free particle. Kant defines enlightenment of the individual as emergence of the individual from a self-imposed immaturity. In this definition, individuals who are not enlightened are held responsible for their failures. This is because Kant, in this text, implies that the only thing we need in order to be enlightened as individuals is to be able to use our capacity to think, which is present in every mentally fit individual. One can infer that Kant has an egalitarian understanding of enlightenment, since anyone (...) who has the courage and determination to use their mind can be enlightened. However, when the text is examined more closely and Kant's other writings are consulted, it becomes clear that another factor beyond the individual's control plays a role in whether an individual is enlightened. This factor is the individual's upbringing and education. If Kant admits that the education one receives plays a role in one’s state of being enlightened, and if not everyone is exposed to the education necessary to become an enlightened individual, then Kant would have an elitist approach to enlightenment. In this article, I will first point out the visible tension in Kant’s texts about the enlightenment of the individual. This apparent tension, however, will be resolved by showing that Kant stands in opposition to the Platonic account of enlightenment and the elitist attitude attached to it, and instead adopts a Stoic account of enlightenment and thereby develops an egalitarian approach to enlightenment. __________________ -/- Kant bireyin aydınlanmasını insanın kendi suçu ile düşmüş olduğu bir ergin olmama durumundan kurtulması olarak tanımlar. Bu tanımda aydın olamayan bireyler başarısızlıklarından kendileri sorumlu tutulur. Zira bu metinde Kant, aydın bireyler olabilmemiz için gereken tek şeyin –mental olarak sağlıklı her bireyde var olan- düşünme kapasitesini kullanabilmek olduğunu ima eder. Aklını kullanma cesareti ve azmi gösteren herkesin aydın olabileceğini iddia etmesi sebebiyle Kant’ın eşitlikçi bir aydınlanma anlayışını olduğu düşünülebilir. Ancak bu metne daha yakından baktığımızda ve Kant’ın diğer metinlerine danıştığımızda, bireyin aydın olup olmamasında bireyin kontrolü dışındaki başka bir faktörün daha rol oynadığını görüyoruz. Bu faktör de bireyin yetiştirilme tarzı ve aldığı eğitimdir. Eğer aydın olmamızda aldığımız eğitimin rolü varsa ve aydın bireyler olabilmek için herkes gerekli olan eğitimi alamıyorsa, Kant’ın aydınlanma konusunda elitist bir yaklaşıma sahip olduğunu düşünebiliriz. Bu çalışmada bireyin aydınlanması konusunda Kant’ın metinlerinde görünür bir gerilim olduğuna işaret edilecektir. Kant’ın aydınlanma konusunda kendi dönemine hâkim olan Platoncu aydınlanma anlayışından ve buna bağlı olarak gelişen elitist tavırdan farklı olarak Stoacı aydınlanma anlayışını benimsediği ve dolayısıyla da eşitlikçi bir tutum sergilediği gösterilerek bu gerilim çözümlenecektir. الحرب، بلا شك، تمثّل ساحة القتل والقتال والسعي لإضعاف طرف العدوّ. إلا أنّها ليست بأي حال من الأحوال مكانًا لاستحلال أي فعل؛ على الرغم من وجود قواعد الحرب وقوانينها التي تنظم سلوك المقاتلين، إلا أنّ هناك أفعالًا معينة تعتبر مجرمة ومحظورة حتى وإن وقعت في زمن الحرب. يطلق على هذه الأفعال مصطلح "جرائم الحرب"، وهي تندرج ضمن إطار القانون الدولي الإنساني. فعلى الرغم من عدم اعتماد الفقه الإسلامي على مصطلح "جرائم الحرب" بشكل صريح، إلا أنّ فكرتها ومضمونها متجذر في كتب (...) الفقه الإسلامي، خاصة في أبواب الجهاد والسير، عند الكلام عن أخلاق الحرب وآدابها. يأتي هذا البحث ليسلّط الضوء على جهود الباحثين في إرساء مفهوم جرائم الحرب من ناحية فقهية، محاولا دراسة أهم أركان جريمة الحرب كونها جريمة دولية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك سيحاول هذا البحث تناول النصوص المؤسسة لتوجه الشريعة في تجريمها لبعض الأفعال والسلوكيات والتصرفات في أثناء القتال، وأبرز تلك الأفعال والسلوكيات المجرمة شرعا والمُدرجة كجريمة حرب يمكن ترتيب عقوبة عليها، فتنصّ الشريعة الإسلامية على أنّ المقاتل ليس حرًّا في ارتكاب أي فعل يريده خلال القتال، بل جعلت لذلك قواعد وضوابط حاكمة ومنظمة لسلوكه في إطار تنظيمها للحرب والنزاعات المسلحة. تضمّنت تلك القواعد الأخلاقية التي طوّرتها الشريعة الإسلامية تنظيمًا دقيقًا لسلوك المسلمين في الحروب والقتال، حيث فرّقت بين المقاتلين وغير المقاتلين في جواز الاستهداف وعدم الجواز، فجرّمت ومنعت استهداف فئات معينة من الأشخاص مثل المدنيين والجرحى وأضفت الحماية عليهم، وأدخلت في مسمّى المدنيين كل الفئات التي لا يصبّ مجهودها في العمليات الحربية مثل الأطفال والنساء وكبار السن وغيرهم. كما تضمّنت القواعد الشرعية التي وضعتها الشريعة الإسلامية حماية لأسرى الحرب، حيث تم تحديد وضعية خاصة لهم تضمن لهم الحماية والمعاملة الإنسانية، ومنعت تعذيبهم أو إكراههم على اعتناق الإسلام. وتجدُر الإشارة إلى أنّ الشريعة الإسلامية لم تقتصر على تجريم استهداف الأفراد فحسب، بل نصّت أيضًا على تجريم استهداف الأموال والأعيان المدنية التي لا يستعملها العدو في الحرب، أو التي تكون كطرف محايد مثل المستشفيات ودور العبادة والأماكن التاريخية والأثرية. ولعلّ التجربة التاريخية الإسلامية خلال الفترة النبوية وفترة الخلفاء الراشدين حين فتوحهم، وتاريخ المسلمين من بعدهم في الحروب يُعدُّ أبرز انعكاس على تلك القواعد الشرعية التي وضعتها الشريعة الإسلامية، فالتزم المسلمون في حروبهم بتلك القواعد فلم يعرف التاريخ حروبا أكثر إنسانية من حروب المسلمين.
