Resumo Procuramos demonstrar, a partir de uma relação entre a noção adorniana de estilo tardio e obras tardias de Deleuze - sobretudo L’épuisé, que trata da obra igualmente tardia de Beckett para a televisão - que há no pensamento deleuziano uma importante reflexão sobre a morte. Procuramos salientar a presença desta ideia e diferenciar a morte da noção de negativo, criticada pelo autor. Uma vez traçada a natureza desta reflexão, pretendemos questionar sua relevância no estudo da obra de Beckett.In this (...) article, we sought to demonstrate that there is in Deleuze’s philosophy an original reflection on death, which cannot be exhausted by an idea of negativity so common inside the Hegelian tradition. To achieve this objective a relation will be draw between Adornian notion of late style and Deleuze's late works - especially L'épuisé, We seek to highlight the presence of this idea of death and to differentiate it from the notion of negative so criticized by Deleuze. Once drawn the nature of this reflection, we intend to question its preponderance in Beckett's late works for television. (shrink)

Eines der weitgehend unbestellten Felder der Geschichtswissenschaften stellt die reiche Furstenspiegelliteratur des Alten Reiches dar.

Kants Ethik zeigt das typische Profil einer klassischen Theorie: Sie präsentiert im Kontext jeder Zeit neue und überraschende Perspektiven. 200 Jahre nach dem Tod Kants ist die AuseinanderSetzung mit seiner Ethik keineswegs auf das philologische oder philosophiehistorische Interesse beschränkt. Vielmehr ist sie eine der wenigen Beispiele für den Sachverhalt, dass mit dem zeitlichen Abstand der Entstehung eines Werks die systematische Bedeutung immer noch zunehmen kann. Heute werden die großen ethischen Themen der Gegenwart, von den Menschenrechten bis zur Bioethik, nicht ohne (...) ausdrücklichen Bezug auf Kants Ethik behandelt. In diesem Band werden Beiträge vorgelegt, die durchgehend ein systematisches Interesse verfolgen. Sie rekonstruieren ausgehend von einem exegetisch gesicherten Ort im Werk Kants die Erträge für die gegenwärtige Philosophie. Mit Kant wird gleichsam über den ursprünglichen Horizont seines Denkens hinausgegangen. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die kantische Ethik nicht nur auf den ihr vertrauten Gebieten von Gerechtigkeit, Autonomie, Verbindlichkeit und Recht Bedeutendes leistet, sondern auch zum Problem der Motivation Lösungsvorschläge bereithält - einem Bereich, der lange Zeit als ihr Schwachpunkt angesehen worden ist. L’accueil dans les services de soin de personnes issues de la migration est un enjeu de santé mentale et éthique et relève d’une réflexion sur la prise en compte de leur vulnérabilité, a fortiori quand des enjeux de parentalité s’en mêlent. Cet article est un témoignage de l’équipe de pédopsychiatrie de Caen qui a adapté ses dispositifs de soins pour mieux accueillir ces publics spécifiques que sont les familles migrantes. Après un rappel sur les notions de migration, de culture et (...) de périnatalité en contexte migratoire, les deux dispositifs seront présentés et explicités au regard de leur fondation théorique qu’est la clinique transculturelle. This paper analyses the place of natural history within Bacon's divisions of the sciences in The Advancement of Learning and the later De dignitate et augmentis scientiarum. It is shown that at various points in Bacon's divisions, natural history converges or overlaps with natural philosophy, and that, for Bacon, natural history and natural philosophy are not discrete disciplines. Furthermore, it is argued that Bacon's distinction between operative and speculative natural philosophy and the place of natural history within this distinction, are (...) discontinuous with the later distinction between experimental and speculative philosophy that emerged in the methodology of the Fellows of the early Royal Society. Este artículo está dividido en dos partes. En la primera identifico los objetivos de la comunicación ¿tica en la asistencia sanitaria con el tratamiento del paciente como persona. Me propongo explicar el contenido de esta demanda moral y analizar los principales factores en juego. En la segunda parte presento tres modelos de relación entre pacientes y profesionales, y los examino críticamente a la luz de los fines morales de la comunicación en la asistencia a personas en los estadios terminales de (...) su enfermedad. Deseo mostrar que tratar al paciente como persona es el objetivo ético de la asistencia sanitaria, y que sólo puede alcanzarse mediante un diálogo veraz y considerado entre pacientes y cuidadores. Para ello, examinare brevemente las principales características de ese diálogo, sus condiciones previas y algunos de los obstáculos que pueden impedirlo. A modo de ejemplo, estudiaré cómo pueden funcionar esos tres modelos en los cuidados paliativos, para así proporcionar una ilustración de cómo este argumento puede llevarse a la práctica sanitaria real. Seperti beberapa buku Delio yang lain, The Ours of the Universe mengusung tema umum ‘dialog antara teologi dan sains’. Dalam dunia teologi, Delio tertarik pada teolog Abad Pertengahan, khususnya Bonaventura (1217-1274). Baginya paradigma teologi Bonaventura, tampil dalam pemikiran Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955), paleontolog, Jesuit, yang hidup di antara era pencerahan dan modernisme, namun tak membaca Teologi Fransiskan.

Müslüman olmayıp belirli şartlar çerçevesinde İslâm devletinin hâkimiyetinde yaşayan insanlara “gayrimüslim” denilmektedir. Hz. Peygamber Medine’ye hicretiyle beraber gayrimüslim toplumla karşılaşmış ve bunlarla ilgili duruşunu “Medine Sözleşmesi” ile net bir şekilde ortaya koymuştur. Sahabe dönemi ile başlayan yoğun fetih hareketleri sonucunda gayrimüslimler İslâm devletinin tebaası olmuştur. Bunlarla ilgili hukukî düzenlemeler gerçekleştirilerek devlet nezdindeki ve toplum içerisindeki statüleri belirlenmiştir. İslâm inancını kabul etmeye zorlanmayan bu insanlara inanç ve ibadet hürriyeti de tanınmıştır. Bununla birlikte bu hürriyetin çerçevesi, İslâm devleti ve Müslüman toplumun maslahatı (...) ile sınırlandırılarak toplumsal güven ve huzur temin edilmiş, bir arada yaşamanın temel parametreleri tesis edilmeye çalışılmıştır. İslâm devletleri, sulh ile alınan yerler ile savaş sonucunda alınan yerlerdeki gayrimüslim mâbetlerini farklı değerlendirmiştir. Sulh ile alınan yerlerde, mâbetlerin yıkılması veya camiye çevrilmesi hususunda gayrimüslim halkın rızası alınırken; savaş ile alınan yerlerde bulunan mâbetler üzerindeki tasarruflarda böyle bir rızaya ihtiyaç duyulmamıştır. İlkesel olarak gayrimüslimlerin fetih öncesi inşâ edilmiş olan mâbetlerine dokunmama ve onları tamir etmeme prensibi hemen hemen bütün dönemlerde korunmuş, yeni mâbet inşâ edilmesine de olumlu bakılmamıştır. İlkesel olarak din ve vicdan hürriyeti kapsamında gayrimüslimler inançlarında serbest bırakılmış ve Müslüman olmaya zorlanmamışlardır. Ancak Müslüman toplumun dinini muhafaza edebilmesi için gayrimüslimlerin din, kültür ve geleneklerini ulu orta yaşamalarına izin verilmediği gibi; mâbetleri hususunda da kısıtlamalar getirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda bazı kiliselerin yıkılması ve mevcut mâbet sayısının azaltılması gibi bir dizi önlem alınmıştır. Buna rağmen zarurî ihtiyaç halinde yeni mâbet inşâsına izin verildiği de olmuştur. Bu durumda mâbetlerin ihtişamlı inşâ edilmesine izin verilmemiş, mimaride bazı ölçülere riâyet etmeleri şart koşulmuştur. Bu çalışmada Hz. Peygamber döneminden başlamak üzere İslâm hukuk tarihinin farklı dönemlerinden bazı uygulama örnekleriyle İslâm devletlerinin gayrimüslimlerin ibadethânelerine yönelik yürüttüğü politikaların dinî mi yoksa siyasî mi olduğu sorusuna cevap aranacaktır. Bu bağlamda İslâm devletinde “zimmî” olarak tanımlanan bu insanların genel hukukî statülerinden ziyade bunlara ait mâbetlerin durumu bu çalışmamızın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmamız Hıristiyan ve Yahudilere ait mâbetler ile sınırlı tutulmuştur. (shrink)

Das Buch widmet sich der wenig erörterten Frage nach dem Begriff der Macht in der Theologie und Philosophie des 20. Jahrhunderts. Ausgehend von Theorien bei Arendt, Foucault, Plessner und Jaspers wird der Blick auf die Ontologie der Macht bei Tillich eröffnet. Dabei wird dargestellt, wie er seinem Machtverständnis eine sinntheoretische Wendung gegeben und wie er seine Überlegungen zur Macht mit dem Begriff des Seins in Zusammenhang gebracht hat.

La recherche sur le genre de la nation faite aux États-Unis, même si elle ressemble beaucoup à la recherche faite en Europe, est aussi originale par des particularités liées soit à l’histoire du pays, soit aux structures de recherche. La première spécificité se voit surtout par l’intérêt porté aux questions de race ; la seconde se voit surtout par l’importance de l’interdisciplinarité, de la recherche sur la masculinité, et de l’ interaction des recherches féministe et gay. Ces trois effets...

Zusammenfassung Fußballfans bilden eine eigene Subkultur, die sich selbst noch einmal im Fußballstadion von den anderen Zuschauern als soziale Gruppierung unterscheidet. Ausgehend von Schütz’s Lebensweltbegriff wird die Fankultur als ein geschlossenes Sinngebiet mit einem eigenen Realitätsakzent sowie einem besonderen Erkenntnis- und Erlebnisstil aufgefasst. Der vorliegende Beitrag analysiert die konstitutiven Elemente dieser fanspezifischen Lebenswelt am Beispiel der Fangemeinschaft des FC Energie Cottbus. Die dort beobachteten Rituale, symbolischen Darstellungsmittel, Selbstinszenierungen und Kollektivausdrücke stellen die Konstitutionsbedingungen für einen gemeinsamen Wirklichkeitsentwurf dar. Es wird gezeigt, (...) dass es der Fankultur, trotz der ständigen Spielerwechsel und fortschreitenden Ökonomisierung im Fußball, keineswegs an Vielfalt und identitätsstiftenden Orientierungen fehlt. Indigenous and non-indigenous communities in Latin America make land claims and support them with a variety of arguments. Some, such as Zapatistas and the Mapuche, have appealed to the “ancestral” or “historical” connections between specific communities and the land. Other groups, such as MST in Brazil, have appealed to the extremely unequal distribution of the land and the effects of this on the poor; the land in this case is seen mainly as a means for securing a decent standard of (...) living for members of disadvantaged groups. Although there is a large literature on the history as well as the social and political dimensions of land contestations and conflicts in Latin America, the question of whether the land claims put forward by disadvantaged groups can be morally justified has not been adequately examined. In this essay, we investigate the scope and limits of appeals to what we shall call assistance-based, contribution-based, and benefitting-based moral reasons with respect to land claims made by these disadvantaged groups. John Tosh souligne que cet ouvrage, qui traite de la « masculinité » dans ses rapports avec la « domesticité » dans l'Angleterre victorienne, s'appuie sur les avancées de l'histoire des femmes depuis 1970...

Pierre Bayles "Dictionnaire historique et critique" (1. Aufl. 1697) ist als die "Bibel" oder, in den Worten Wilhelm Diltheys, als die "Rüstkammer der Aufklärung" bezeichnet worden. Die Attraktion, die es nicht nur auf die zeitgenössischen Leser ausübte, beruht in erster Linie auf dem Geist nüchterner, vorurteilsfreier Prüfung, der das ganze Werk durchzieht. Diese Grundhaltung traf den Nerv und das Lebensgefühl des 18. Jahrhunderts, das sich nach Kants Worten nur dem verpflichtet fühlte, was vor dem "Richterstuhl der Vernunft" legitimiert worden war. (...) Bayle steht am Anfang dieser Entwicklung und pocht unbeirrbar auf die Rechte der Vernunft, die sich für ihn in einer schonungslosen Prüfung des überlieferten Wissenstandes manifestieren. Im Jahr 2003 haben die Herausgeber aus den mehr als 2000 Artikeln des Wörterbuchs einen ersten Band mit einer Auswahl von gut 30 Artikeln sowie mit den vier "Klarstellungen" Bayles in neuer Übersetzung innerhalb der Philosophischen Bibliothek (PhB 542) vorgelegt. Infolge der positiven Resonanz erscheint anläßlich des 300. Todestages Bayles jetzt der zweite und abschließende Teil der Auswahlausgabe. Der Schwerpunkt liegt wiederum auf den philosophischen Artikeln des 'Dictionnaire'. Zusammen mit den bereits vorliegenden Texten vermitteln die hier präsentierten gut 30 weiteren Artikel einen Eindruck von Bayles philosophischem Denken. (shrink)
