Abstract
he social-labor component of the national security is studied. Risks of social-labor relations are analyzed. The possible ways and mechanisms of transformation of the socio-labour conflict in the threat to national security are defined. The aim of the article is: using the available scientific studies in the field of research of the national security and social and labour relations, as well as the existing empirical material, to carry out a socio-philosophical analysis of social and labour relations as a factor of national security, in particular, to consider some of the mechanisms of transformation of the socio-labour conflict in the threats to national security. The article concluded: the wage labour remains an important sphere of the life of modern society and covers a significant number of the population of the country, social-labor relations is a factor of national security. Social-labor relations – the relations between the employer and the employee. Socio-philosophical analysis of the wage labour testifies to the fact that it is based on insecurity of existence of the employee. Such a framework leads to significant risks, in particular, the risk of poverty. Risks, which inherent to wage labour, introduce into the socio-labour relations of the stress and conflict character. Social tension, producted by socio-labour sphere, may increase the total social tension, in particular, to promote civil protest activity. Under certain conditions the conflicts, that arise in the socio-labour sphere, may go beyond the limits of enterprises and institutions, acquire public resonance, have a negative impact on the social and political stability of the society and the state. Thus socio-labor conflict directly or indirectly becomes a threat to national security. The article gives examples of certain social and labour conflicts, which have led to the destabilization of the social and political situation, which gives grounds to identify them as a threat to national security. Further research could specify scientific views on the possible mechanisms of transformation risks of the socio-labour sphere in a threat to national security, and would also help figure out the possible quantitative characteristics and parameters of such transformations.
