탈구조주의와 정신분석 담론은 주체를 분산시키고 해체시키는 다양한 정치적, 문화적 힘을 주체성을 결정짓는 사회구조의 작용으로 파악한다. 이들의 이론에서 각 이론가들은 이성이란 이름하에 금지를 제도화하고 개인을 사회화하고, 나아가 주체와 주체의 욕망을 형성하는 구조의 작용을 드러낸다. 주체의 자아에서 숙주로 자라는 외래적이고 이질적인 무엇인 구조라는 ‘타자성’을 프로이트(Freud)는 ‘초자아’, 라깡(Jacques Lacan)은 ‘무의식(상징계)’, 지젝(Slavoj Žižek)은 ‘무의식’과 ’환상’, 들뢰즈와 가타리(Deluze and Guatarri)는 ‘오이디푸스적 구조’로 그들의 저술에서 다른 용어와 개념으로 정의된다. 본 논문은 먼저 그들의 이론에서 사용되는 용어들과 개념들의 차이점을 살펴보고 나아가 라깡과 지젝의 실재계, 충동, 향유 개념, 들뢰즈와 (...) 가타리의 리비도, 욕망개념이 갖는 정치적, 윤리적 함의를 밝힘으로써 구조와 의식의 문제를 검토한다. 이들의 이론에서 주체의 어떠한 영역을 자신에게 강제된 구조의 틀을 넘어서는 주체의 능동성으로 상정하는 가를 분석하고 무의식적 구조에 의해 봉인된 주체의 의식을 복원하는 이론으로 볼 수 있는가를 검토한다. 이를 위해 먼저 이들의 이론에 나타나는 구조의 작용과 주체의 대응, 즉 구조와 주체의 역학관계에 대해 살펴봄으로써 프로이트, 라깡, 들뢰즈와 가타리, 그리고 지젝의 이론에서 주체와 주체에 대한 구조의 작용을 이해하는 다양한 관점의 차이를 파악하고, 주체의 사고 작용을 구조의 작용으로 환원하는 것처럼 보이는 이들의 이론에서 구조를 거스르고 탈주할 수 있는 주체의 힘, 즉 주체의 구조에 대한 반작용은 어떠한 발생학적인 과정에 의해 확보되는가를 분석한다. Die Komplexität ethischer Fragen und Alltagskonflikte in Einrichtungen der stationären Altenpflege verlangen Gesprächsforen für Ethikberatung und Fortbildung zur ethischen Entscheidungsfindung. Noch ist in Deutschland die Einrichtung von Ethikkomitees in Altenpflegeheimen in den Anfängen. Es kommt nun vordringlich darauf an, bei der Institutionalisierung die spezifischen strukturellen und personellen Bedingungen eines Altenpflegeheims zu berücksichtigen, um zum Wohle aller Betroffenen mit der erforderlichen Kontextsensitivität zu einer verbesserten ethischen Entscheidungskultur beizutragen. Basham and Dentith argue that the danger of condemning both conspiracy theorists and their conspiracy theories in a democracy has grave consequences. They argue that we should encourage research into public concerns about influential institutions, especially in cases where a conspiracy has been alleged. Rather than dismiss conspiracy theorising, we should, encourage the politically crucial, historically proven gift of watchfulness in the citizen, and its sometimes necessary, proper and correct expression, conspiracy theory.

Die Medikalisierung des Sterbens hat dazu geführt, dass ein „guter Tod“ zunehmend auch von medizinischen Interventionen erwartet wird. Die Möglichkeiten einer „terminalen Sedierung“ bis zum Tode werden von vielen als Ausweg angesehen, wenn bei unerträglichem Leid und aussichtsloser Prognose der Wunsch nach aktiver Sterbehilfe angesprochen wird. Durch eine Sedierung können zwar bei schwerstkranken Patienten schwerste therapierefraktäre Leidenszustände effektiv gelindert werden. Diese Therapieoption kann aber auch in der Absicht angewendet werden, den Todeseintritt medizinisch zu beschleunigen, so dass im Zusammenhang mit der (...) Euthanasiedebatte auch das Thema der terminalen Sedierung kontrovers diskutiert wird. Richtlinien zu Indikation, Technik und Dokumentation sind notwendig, um Stellenwert und Grenzen der terminalen Sedierung im Rahmen der palliativen Betreuung am Lebensende zu verdeutlichen und durch Transparenz Fehlentwicklungen zu vermeiden. Bu çalışmada başlangıcından itibaren sürecin daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için modernite kavramları, tarihsel dinamikleri ve Osmanlı modernleşmesinin tarihsel dönemleri ele alınarak modernleşmenin ve modernleşme sürecinde din anlayışlarının oluşum süreci değerlendirilmiştir. Specifically, the research focuses on the narratives and framing strategies employed by the media to construct and portray the public image of these political figures. By employing Corpus-Assisted Diachronic Discourse Analysis (CADDA), the study traces the changes in media discourse over time, uncovering how gender biases, societal norms, and power dynamics shape the representation of women in Pakistani politics. The findings (...) reveal significant trends in gendered framing, highlighting how media portrayal fluctuates between marginalization and recognition of female politicians' contributions, though gender stereotypes remain deeply embedded in these narratives. The findings of this study have important implications for future media reform initiatives, advocating for a more equitable and balanced representation of women in politics. Museums are essential for improving cultural understanding and instruction. Exhibitions showcasing ethnic cultures provide insightful perspectives on many cultures and civilizations. These educational opportunities can be made as effective as possible by assessing their influence on visitor satisfaction.Investigation into the impact of ethnic culture exhibitions on audience pleasure, participation, and comprehension is lacking, despite their significance. By investigating how these displays affect visitors' knowledge acquisition and participation, the study seeks to close this disparity.Utilizing a combined methods technique that integrated quantitative (...) surveys with qualitative comments, the study polled 62 museum visitors who had attended ethnic cultural exhibitions. The questionnaire evaluated knowledge of culture, instructional impact, involvement, and tourist pleasure. Data analysis using the SPSS software was utilized to analyze how different factors affect results and find significant indicators by doing logistic and multinomial logistic regression. This study discovered a substantial correlation between improved knowledge of culture and exhibition participation, as well as a significant improvement in visitor satisfaction and educational results when interactive components and cultural content are included. Through the use of interactive material, ethnic culture exhibitions improve the educational experience and increase visitor happiness. Museums ought to take demographic factors into account while planning different exhibitions for the future. (shrink)

The research dealt with the concept of the content of the contract and the impact of a comparative study with French legislation through the definition of the content of the contract in Iraqi law and in French law and then identify the penalty resulting from the breach of the content of the contract in terms of the penalty resulting from the failure of the condition of legality and the penalty resulting from the failure of contractual terms.

This paper examines two models of thinking relating to the issue of the right to die in dignity: one takes into consideration the rights and interests of the individual; the other supposes that human life is inherently valuable. I contend that preference should be given to the first model, and further assert that the second model may be justified in moral terms only as long as it does not resort to paternalism. The view that holds that certain patients are not (...) able to comprehend their own interests in a fully rational manner, and therefore ‘we’ know what is good for these patients better than ‘they’ do, is morally unjustifiable. I proceed by refuting the ‘quality of life’ argument, asserting that each person is entitled to decide for herself when it is worth living and when it is not. In this connection, a caveat will be made regarding the role of the family. (shrink)

Das belgische Parlament verabschiedete am 28. Mai 2002 das Euthanasiegesetz. Hierdurch wurden die verschiedenen Pflegeeinrichtungen mit einem neuen rechtlichen Rahmen konfrontiert. Das neue Gesetz lässt Euthanasie unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen zu. Dieser Beitrag möchte einige Orientierungspunkte für einen vertretbaren Umgang mit dem Euthanasiegesetz in katholischen Pflegeeinrichtungen liefern. Als Ausgangspunkt hierfür gilt der Grundsatz, dass alles Mögliche getan werden muss, um dem Sterbenden und seiner Umgebung den nötigen Beistand und die bestmögliche Betreuung zu geben und seinem Verlangen nach einem menschenwürdigen Lebensende entgegenzukommen. (...) Wird um Euthanasie gebeten, so entscheiden sich die katholischen Pflegeeinrichtungen Belgiens für die palliative Filterprozedur. Bevor hier die Konturen einer solchen Sorge für ein menschenwürdiges Lebensende umrissen werden, werden zunächst einige fundamentale Annahmen zum Menschsein und dem Wert der Autonomie inhaltlich beleuchtet. This study dealt with one of the most important legal subjects in private international law that relates to the topic of law applicable to electronic signature and is problematic by the lack of clear and explicit texts to determine the law required on the topic The main objective of the study was to reflect the legal regulation in private international law of such a problem, as well as to address some practical and applicable problems relating to the topic of the (...) study, including the legal nature of an electronic signature, When preparing this study, the researcher relied on the inductive approach by extracting legal texts on the subject of the letter in accordance with Jordanian legislation. in addition to the analytical approach where the researcher analysed and described the legislative and doctrinal positions and international conventions associated with the subject matter of the letter, The prescriptive approach, through a statement of the legal nature of the electronic signature. The researcher produced a series of results, the most important of which was the absence of clear and explicit texts specifying the law applicable to the electronic signature. This result was reflected in the recommendations of this letter, which were the most important recommendation to the Jordanian legislature that legal rules should be drawn up to determine the law applicable to the subject matter of the study. In an era where creativity drives innovation and problem-solving, creating imaginative skills is more crucial than ever. Drama, a dynamic art form involving role-play and improvisation, offers a unique opportunity to support creative imagination. However, the specific impact of drama on enhancing imaginative capabilities has not been extensively explored. This research explores the transformative potential of drama participation on creative imagination. It seeks to uncover how involvement in drama activities can dynamically enhance creative thinking and problem-solving skills. While drama is (...) often used to foster creativity, there is a lack of clear evidence demonstrating how and to what extent drama participation affects creative imagination capabilities. The study involved 120 middle school students (ages 11-14), split into experimental (drama program) and control groups. Pre- and post-tests, such as the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) measure, were utilised to evaluate the level of creativity. Chi-square tests, independent sample t-tests, and paired sample t-tests were among the statistical analyses used. The study revealed significant improvements in creativity for students participating in the drama program. Specifically, 7th graders showed the most significant increase in creativity scores, indicating a substantial effect. Engaging in drama activities can be a valuable strategy for enhancing creativity and should be considered in educational and developmental programs. Further research could explore long-term effects and the impact on different age groups. (shrink)

The advent of the digital era has transformed marketing practices and reshaped consumer behaviour. Social media is a type of communication media that allows interactive marketing and has gained popularity among marketers due to its advantages over traditional communication channels. Brands can utilize interactive marketing on social media to engage in marketing endeavours such as product launches, communicating with both existing & potential consumers, and expanding their business networks. Brands are doing interactive marketing on social media to captivate the consumer's (...) interest and attention. Social media has sparked a movement of menstrual activism that aims to normalize and destigmatize menstruation, emphasizing that it is a natural bodily process that should not be hidden or avoided in discussions. While social media encourages open dialogue between menstrual brands & consumers, the stigma surrounding menstruation in many societies prevents people from freely discussing it. Hence, this paper aims to understand the key drivers of interactive marketing for menstrual brands on social media platforms, including factors such as interactive content, gratifications, interactive videos, personalized content, and social media influencers. Also, this paper analyzes the role of interactive marketing in consumer purchases of menstrual products and examines the consumer reactions towards the interactive marketing approaches adopted by menstrual brands on their social media channels. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data are collected through questionnaires from female social media users. The hypotheses of this study are analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The findings highlight the significance of interactive marketing on social media platforms for menstrual brands, shedding light on the factors that contribute to the success of interactive marketing approaches on social media channels. The results also show that interactive marketing methods on social media increase the sales of menstrual products among consumers. While numerous studies have explored the relationship between interactive marketing and social media, there is a noticeable gap in the existing literature when it comes to the specific intersection of interactive marketing on social media platforms and menstrual brands. In terms of managerial impact, this study emphasizes the potential for menstrual brands to employ interactive marketing strategies on social media platforms as a means to encourage increased consumer purchasing behaviour. Using placebos in day-to-day practice is an ethical problem. This paper summarises the available epidemiological evidence to support this difficult decision. Based on these data we propose to differentiate between placebo and “knowledge framing”. While the use of placebo should be confined to experimental settings in clinical trials, knowledge framing — which is only conceptually different from placebo — is a desired, expected and necessary component of any doctor-patient encounter. Today, there are many varied definitions of mental resilience, ranging from a relation to the concept of mental vulnerability to a related concept of mental strength. This paper responds to the commentaries from Stacy Carter and Alan Cribb. We pick up on two main themes in our response. First, we reflect on how the process of setting standards for empirical bioethics research entails drawing boundaries around what research counts as empirical bioethics research, and we discuss whether the standards agreed in the consensus process draw these boundaries correctly. Second, we expand on the discussion in the original paper of the role and significance of the concept of (...) ‘integrating’ empirical methods and ethical argument as a standard for research practice within empirical bioethics. This paper seeks to provide guidelines on how to respond to the ethical challenges entailed in corporate communication. It argues for the need for an ethical grounding for the practitioner of corporate communication, before critically examining the two broad ethical theories - deontology and teleology - and their place in ethical judgment. The authors underscore the importance of deontological ethics in the practice of corporate communication.

Für die Argumentation von Moralphilosophen, die die Legalisierung der aktiven Sterbehilfe befürworten, spielt das Autonomieprinzip eine wichtige Rolle. Ihrer Auffassung nach verlangt der Respekt vor der Autonomie, die Entscheidung eines schwer kranken Menschen gegen die Fortsetzung des Lebens vorbehaltlos anzuerkennen. Dagegen haben verschiedene Theoretiker auf Gefahren hingewiesen, die die rechtliche Zulassung der Tötung auf Verlangen für die individuelle Autonomie mit sich bringt. Sobald der Kranke über die Möglichkeit der aktiven Sterbehilfe verfüge, falle ihm die Verantwortung für die Inanspruchnahme von Pflegeleistungen (...) zu. In der Folge könne u. a. von Seiten der Familie die Forderung an ihn gestellt werden, den vom Gesetzgeber eröffneten Ausweg zu nutzen und sie von der Last seiner Pflege zu befreien. Die Bedenken erscheinen insofern berechtigt, als Formen sozialen Zwangs vorstellbar sind, die eine freie Entscheidung des Patienten verhindern. Allerdings vermag weder das Verbot noch die Zulassung der aktiven Sterbehilfe eine autonome Entscheidung aller Individuen zu gewährleisten. Die Abwägung der Risiken, mit denen beide Optionen behaftet sind, spricht im Ergebnis für die Legalisierung der Tötung auf Verlangen. (shrink)

In der gegenwärtigen Diskussion um Patientenverfügungen dominieren die Fragen nach deren Reichweite und Verbindlichkeit. Diese bilden, ebenso wie die Kontroverse um diese beiden Themen, die professionsspezifische Sichtweise von Ärzten und Juristen ab. Aus Patientenperspektive jedoch, so die Ergebnisse einer Studie mit 272 Tumorpatienten, stellt sich die Situation anders dar: Hier fungieren Patientenverfügungen vielmehr als Türöffner für eine intensivere Kommunikation mit Ärzten, aber auch mit Angehörigen und mit sich selbst. Die Frage nach der Verbindlichkeit spielt demgegenüber nur eine nachgeordnete Rolle.
